Our state-of-the-art Performance Center provides members with extensive fitness and weight training equipment, including a variety of Free Motion and Life Fitness cardio machines. The free-weight area has been newly renovated and provides members with everything they need to work on strength training and stretching.
Personal Training and Stretch Therapy sessions are offered seven days a week by our nationally recognized, certified fitness instructors. Group training sessions are available Monday - Friday, with monthly themes geared to focus on specific sports within each session. Group class offerings include, but are not limited to: Yoga, Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, TRX, Spin and CrossFit.
The Performance Center is conveniently located next to the pool for additional aquatic fitness options.
